     Examined by a Veterinarian
     FeLV/FIV tested
     Feline Distemper Vaccination
     Rabies Vaccination
     Flea/Tick Treatment
      Ear Mite Treatment
     Dewormed
     Microchip ( if in the City of Columbus) ($25 chip if outside the city limits of Columbus)
     Spayed or Neutered

Kittens under 3 months old have been:
     Examined by a Veterinarian
